All our items are checked and repacked before sending however if you feel for any reason that you have received an inferior product please contact us for refund or replacement. Where there is a fault with the Item we offer a complete 100% refund, including delivery charge. The goods must be sent back in their original condition. A consumer has a duty to take reasonable care of goods while in their possession. Buyers must pay for return postage which will not be refunded unless the item has a fault.
